Your order will be shipped using the best shipping method available. Small Wind Chimes are shipped USPS Priority Mail, while larger Wind Chimes usually ship UPS Ground. We do our best to ship your order as fast as possible! Most orders are shipped within 48 hours or two business days.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If for any reason your are not completely satisfied with your Wind Chimes you may return them for exchange or refund within 14 days. They must be in new condition and returned with the original packaging and documentation. Please contact us to set up a return or exchange.
